We use 3D CAD software to map out the seam allowances and panel shrinkage rates. This step is critical because different fabrics (like cotton twill vs. polyester-spandex) behave differently under heat. Without this digital blueprint, the cap might shrink or warp after the first wash. This precision milling step ensures that your production run maintains a consistent fit across all sizes.
2. Fabric Selection & Interlining Fusion

5. High-Definition Embroidery & 3D Puff Digitization
A cap is only as good as its logo execution. We house an on-site embroidery unit with multi-head Tajima machines.
We don't just run your logo through auto-digitization. Our digitizers manually map the stitch density, pull compensation, and underlay. For 3D puff embroidery, we apply a foam layer beneath the stitches, which elevates the logo by 4-5mm. For flat satin stitches, we adjust the angle of the thread to catch light dynamically.
