Caps Mill is a custom headwear website operated by Baoding Brim Apparel Co., Ltd. in Baoding, China. We help new labels, teams and small businesses work out a sensible first order without starting with thousands of caps.
Selected styles may start around 50 pieces per style and color, subject to specifications.
You can start with a logo and a reference cap.
You might already know the exact style you want. Or you may be choosing between a trucker cap, a classic baseball cap and something with a different brim or finish.
Send us what you have — a photo, artwork, a color idea and an approximate quantity. We’ll explain which decisions affect the sample and the quotation, without asking you to prepare a full technical pack first.
Clear quantities, realistic sample times.
For a new cap design, the useful first question is not only “how much?” It is also whether the style, logo and quantity work together. We review these details before giving you an estimated schedule.

Some styles can start around 50 pieces per style and color. The actual minimum depends on fabrics, decoration and variation.
Typical sample development window
Straightforward designs can be sampled in around 7 days; more involved designs commonly take up to about 15 days after details are agreed.
Estimated express shipping
Once the sample is dispatched, international express delivery often takes about 5–7 days. Destination and customs may change the timing.
What a photo cannot tell you.
A mockup can show the intended logo placement. The physical sample lets you check the cap’s shape, embroidery, finish and overall feel before approving a production order.
